You don't know how it happened.

One day you woke up and realized you were not living the life you dreamed.

 

Life often feels hectic and out of control and at times it feels like life is living you, not the other way around. You feel like you have to always be "on". You feel exhausted. You have so many plates in the air and you put everyone else's happiness before your own. But now you are wondering why you bother because your sacrifices seem to go unnoticed and under appreciated.

 

What if you took time for you?

 

What if taking care of yourself meant being able to better care for those you love. What if you could live a life of intention and purpose? What if you could learn to live each day to the fullest?

 

The thing I hear again and again from clients is

"I wish I had come to counseling sooner."

But my theory is there is no better time to make a change than the present! Because in the end, this moment, right here, right now, is the only one we have.
